Frank Tsutomu Watanabe, 92 of Mililani, He was a retired Maintenance Foreman with Salvation Army., passed away January 8, 2012. He was born in Ewa, HI. He is survived by daughters, Joyce Watanabe and Ann (Perry) Watanabe ; son, Alan (Carol Ann) Watanabe; preceded in death by son, Stanley Watanabe; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
