First Visitation: 5:30 pm, Thursday, October 8, 2015 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary; Wake service: 6:30 pm; Second Visitation: 10:00 a.m., Friday, October 9, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church; Mass Service: 11:00 a.m., with a burial to follow, 1:00 p.m. at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park.
Interment Location: Chapel Hill #4, Lot 319- B-1
