Alex Rafael Calumag's Obituary
Alex Rafael Calumag, of Honolulu, Hawaii passed away on Thursday, January 21, 2016 in Kahului, Maui he was 57 years old. Born to Arcadio Calumag and Claire Rafael on May 29, 1958 in Lasam, Cagayan, Philippines. He was a retired laborer for KOGA Engineering and Construction.
Alex was known to always help others at any given time. He was such a giving person who was loving, funny, always making people laugh and truly loved children.
Alex is survived by companion, Lagrimas “Aida” Pablo; sons, Allan Calumag and Arnel Calumag; daughters, Sharonlei Calumag, Alleli Calumag, and Christine Alexis Calumag; brother, Geoffrey Calumag and Rodolfo Carranza; sisters, Maribel Felicelda, Caroline Cachola, Elsie Calumag, and Rosemarie Cardenas; 10 grandchildren.
Visitation 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. on Friday, March 11, 2016 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary Chapel; service to begin at 6:30 p.m. Additional service Saturday, March 12, 2106 at Co-Cathedral of St. Theresa; visitation from 10:30 – 11:00 a.m., Mass to begin at 11:00 a.m., with a burial to follow 1:00 p.m. at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park.
Interment Location: Ocean Veiw Terrace Elua, Lot 8325, D-4
