Alfredo Recaido Tungpalan, 84, of Waipahu, Hawaii passed away on Friday, July 15, 2016 at Queens Medical Center in Honolulu. He was born in the Philippines on March 20, 1932.
He is survived by sons, Ferdinand Tungpalan, Froilan Tungpalan, Florendo Tungpalan; daughter, Marie Mateo; brother, Andres Tungpalan; sisters, Anastacia Giron and Edita Rociho and 9 grandchildren.
Services for Mr. Tungpalan will be held on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at St. Joseph Church (located at 94-675 Farrington Highway, Waipahu, Hawaii, 96797); Visitation at 10:00 am; Mass at 11:00 am - Noon; Burial to follow at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park (located at 47-200 Kahekili Hwy, Kaneohe, Hawaii 96744) at 1:00 pm.
Interment Location: Chapel Hill #6, Lot 596, D-1
