Alice Kuulei Flores' Obituary
Alice Kuulei Flores, passed away on Monday, March 7, 2016 with her family by her side at the St. Francis Hospice in Honolulu, Hawaii. She was 87 years old. Born to Alexander and Theresa Kukahiko on January 23, 1929 in Honolulu, Hawaii.
She was a homemaker, took care of multiple siblings, her children, grand children and great grandchildren. She was married to her love of her life Llewellyn Kaliko Flores. She lived in Kaalaea/ Kahaluu on the windward side of Oahu. She said the greatest gift that she have been blessed is her home, a husband and allherbabies. She is now together again with her beloved Kaliko.
She is survived by her sons, Llewellyn Flores Jr., Robert (Arlette) Flores, Richard (Lina) Flores, and Edison (Josie) Agres; daughter, Diane (Donnell) Flores; brothers, Yama Kukahiko, Arthur Aweau, Rawlins Aweau, Eldean Kukahiko, Alvin Kalahiki, and Val Kukahiko; sisters, Alexis, Tacuban, Taira Kukahiko, Shirley Camara, Gloria Agres, and Audrey Loo; 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren and three great, great-grandchildren.
Services for Mrs. Flores is set for Friday, April 1, 2016 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary; Visitation: 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.; Service to begin at 10:30 a.m. Burial to follow 1:00 p.m. at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park.
Interment Location: Memory Slope # 1, Lot 115, C-2
