Avelino Ballesteros Valenzuela's Obituary
Avelino Ballesteros "Belen" Valenzuela, 85, of Honolulu, passed away March 25, 2016. Born in Puunene, Maui, Hawaii to parents Pio and Catalina Valenzuela, he was a retired Hickam Air Force Base hazardous material handler. Avelino is predeceased by his parents, brothers, Abelardo and Ricarte, and sister, Encarnation Derpo.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Rosalina Guillermo Lucas Valenzuela; son, Arthur (Ruth) Valenzuela; brothers, Rogeldo (Gregoria) Valenzuela, Dominador (Gloria) Valenzuela and Jose (Susan) Valenzuela; sister, Betty Lucas.
Visitation will be from 9:30-11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 23, 2016, at St. Philomena Catholic Church. Family remembrance will be at 11:00 a.m. with Mass to follow at 11:30 a.m. Burial will be at 1:30 p.m. at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park.
