Christopher M. Bagasani's Obituary
We start by thinking of the roar of that gold car and the easy laugh that always seemed to follow it. Christopher’s life felt brightest when he had family in one arm’s reach and the ocean in the other.
Christopher was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, to Annie Bagasani and Erlindo Bagasani. He later became a proud dad to Christian Bagasani, whose smile grew wide every time the two of them tinkered under the hood together.
Curious, kind, hardworking, and loyal—those four words fit Christopher as neatly as any mechanic’s glove. He turned every driveway into a workshop and every beach day into a gathering spot, making sure his brother and all their friends felt welcome.
For years he used his steady hands and sharp mind as the family’s go-to mechanic, keeping every engine—and every gathering—running smoothly. Outdoor activities, especially a long afternoon by the water, were his quick cure for any gray day.
Christopher was the life of the party simply because he loved having the people he cared about close. Whether it was a quick tune-up for a neighbor’s car or an impromptu barbecue, he showed up with energy and a grin that invited everyone in.
We hold tight to each ride down the shoreline road, each sunset shared, and each sudden laugh that made ordinary moments special. We will keep him close by telling the stories, turning the wrenches he once turned, and loving one another as fiercely as he loved us.
Drive on, Christopher. We’ll meet you at the next stop, engines warm and hearts full.
