He was a Custodian with HMSA.He is survived by wife, Gloria Rogel; sons, Alex and Albert (Erlinda) Rogel; daughters, Melinda (Virgilio) Carlet and Marivic (Rolando) Papin; 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren
