Dolores Butin Barayuga's Obituary
Dolores Butin Barayuga, 90, of Honolulu, passed away on April 3, 2019, surrounded by her family. She was born in 1928 in Ewa Beach, Hawaii, to Mauricio and Rosalina Saoit Butin. Throughout her life she provided unwavering love and support to her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her loving husband of 70 years, Lorenzo Barayuga.
Her children are Jesus Barayuga Sr., Norma (Helito Sr.) Caraang, Segundina (Segundino Jr.) Corpuz, Felicidad (Ceferino) Bonilla, Elmer (Fely) Barayuga Sr., Artemio (Marlyn-deceased) Barayuga Sr., Patricia (Christopher) Campisano, William (Lisa) Barayuga, Anabel Barayuga, Daniel Barayuga-deceased, Anastacio (Bibiana) Barayuga and Cresencia Barayuga Raquel-deceased.
She is also survived by her brother Filomeno (Rosita) Butin and is reunited in death with her sister Lourdes (and Juan Sr.) Castillo.
Dolores is most proud of her 25 grandchildren and 40 great grandchildren.
Family will hold a celebration to honor of her life on Friday, May 10, 2019 at Saint Anthony Church Kalihi. Visitation beginning at 9:00 a.m., Mass at 11:00 a.m. Burial and lunch to follow at The Valley of the Temples Memorial Park Cemetery at 1:00 p.m.
