Eiko Fu's Obituary
Eiko Fu, 86, of Honolulu, Hawaii passed away on Thursday, September 14, 2017. Eiko is the daughter of the late Risaku and Yuu Nojiri and was born in Yokohama Japan on November 21, 1930. Eiko married the late George Yew Fong Fu in Yokohama, Japan on December 7, 1950 and they were for 50 years. Eiko worked for may years at the Yamato Japanese restaurant in San Francisco, California and retired from the City and County of San Francisco as a cook aide.
Eiko is survived by sons, Charles and James; daughters, Mrs Annie Fu-Jaffurs (David) and Mrs Margaret Fu Stiegeler (John). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, Alicia Fu and Kelia Fu (Charles Fu), Isaac Jaffurs and Rosei Jaffurs (Annie Fu-Jaffurs), Christopher Anjo and Georgina Stiegeler (Margaret Fu Stiegeler), and Daniel Fu and Kellie Rae Fu (James Fu).
Inurnment for Eiko will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at Valley of the Temples.
