Emelda Aturdido Bacani, 62, of Honolulu, Hawaii, a Cook at Gyotaku Restaurant, passed away in Honolulu, Hawaii. She was born in San Quintin, Pangasinan, Philippines. She is survived by her husband, Monico Bacani; son, Emmanuel Bacani; step-son, Norman Bacani; step-daughter, Monette Bautista; brothers, Ronnie, Carding, Carlos and Boy Aturdido (of the Philippines); sister, Auring (of Canada) Aquino; hanai mother, Calixta Sacatrapos; hanai sister, Fely Cacayurin; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Her visitation will be held 5:30-6:30p.m., Monday April 14, 2014 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary; services will begin 6:30p.m.; with an additional visitation 9:30-10:30a.m., Tuesday April 15, 2014 at St. Philomena Catholic Church; Mass to begin 10:30a.m.; with burial to follow 12noon at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park.
