Emma Madariaga Padilla, 64, passed away peacefully on February 23, 2026, in Honolulu, Hawai‘i. Born on September 24, 1961, in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, she was the beloved daughter of Buenaventura and Eugenia Madariaga.
Emma built a beautiful life rooted in love, faith, and dedication. After moving to Hawai‘i, she worked as a packer at Hawaiian Host, where she took great pride in her work and formed lasting friendships. Her kindness, humor, and steady presence touched everyone she met.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Oliveros Padilla, and her cherished children: Eugene (Maria Kristina) Padilla, Tiffany Joy Padilla, and Stacey Marie Padilla. Emma was also a proud grandmother to her granddaughter Emilia Margot, as well as a loving sister and caring aunt. Lastly, Emma leaves behind her two fur babies Harley and Oreo.
Emma will be remembered for her generosity, strength, and the deep love she held for her family. Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
