Evangeline Leimomi Han's Obituary
On a quiet and subdued early morning (Thursday, May 8, 2025), Evangeline Leimomi (Senneca) Han, went home to be with her Maker, our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. She is survived by her four sons, Billy Jr. (Roslyn); Michael (Shannon); Timothy Sr. (Emilia); Mark Anthony (Kristin); 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Evangeline is predeceased by her husband, Chief Pastor William Mokihana Han, Sr.; her daughter, Millicent K. (Ron) Kahele and her twin sister, Agnes Viola (Senneca) Hunter.
Evangeline Leimomi Han, was born on, October 5, 1931 in Honolulu, Hawaii. Her parents were Antonio Senneca and Mary Ann Gandall. Evangeline, was the Chief Handmaiden of the Apostolic Faith Church (Jesus Coming Soon) for over 40 years and became one of the five Trustees. Evangeline, accompanied and assisted her husband, the late Chief Pastor William M. Han, Sr., in all facets of the gospel work and in praying and visiting the sick and afflicted in the hospitals, care homes and shut-ins. She was also very instrumental in the Kingdom of God Crusade weekly telecast on television station KITV, for over 40 years.
Proverbs 31:10 reads, "Who can find a virtuous woman? For her price is far above rubies". As a truly dedicated Prayer Warrior, Evangeline was steadfast and unmovable in her faith and service to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ; standing fast upon the promises of God.
Funeral service for Evangeline, will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at the Valley of the Temples Mortuary Viewing: 10:00 AM. Service: 11:00 AM Burial: 2:00 PM at the Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery (Kaneohe).
