Celebrating the Life of Flor Butac Pedronan
February 23rd, 1943 - July 18th, 2025
On this day, we come together to celebrate the beautiful life of Flor Butac Pedronan—a supportive, hardworking, generous, and resilient soul who brightened the lives of all who knew him.
Born on February 23rd, 1943, in Ilocos Norte, Philippines, Flor's journey began in a place rich with culture and community. His unwavering support and generosity were the cornerstones of his relationships, making everyone around him feel valued and loved.
Flor was the beloved husband of Rose D. Pedronan, with whom he shared countless cherished moments. He was a devoted father to Gina (Michael) Mobley, Sean Pedronan, and Chad Pedronan. As a proud grandfather to his five grandchildren, Flor's legacy of love and joy continues through them. He is also lovingly remembered by his sisters, Nives Soriano and Helen Pedronan.
He was the son of the late Gregorio and Louisa Pedronan, whose values he carried throughout his life. Flor's life was a testament to hard work and resilience. His generous spirit and supportive nature left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Flor passed away peacefully at home in Aiea, Hawaii, on July 18th, 2025. While we will miss his warm presence, we take comfort in the joyful memories he leaves behind. His spirit lives on in the hearts of his family and friends, and his legacy of love and generosity will continue to inspire all who knew him.
Wake service will be held on August 12, 2025 from 4-8pm at Valley of the Temples Mortuary Makai Chapel, then continues the next day, August 13, 2025, from 10am-2pm at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church- Aiea. Burial to follow at 3pm at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park.
