Hannah I. Kipilii's Obituary
Hannah Imelda "Hana" Kipilii, 91, of Ewa Beach, passed away in Hauula. Born in Honolulu on November 28, 1924 to parents John Keahaku and Violet Holburn Kaheaku, she was a retired housekeeper at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel. Hannah was preceded in death by husband Charles Kipilii and two of her children, Pamela "Hinano" Shon and Edward "Pauni" Shon.
She is survived by sons, Darryl Shon and Darwin (Christina) Kipilii; daughters, Charmaine Rodgers and Mapuana Loyola; brothers, John and Daniel Kaheaku; sisters, Evelyn Kaahanui and Miriam Portolero; grandchildren, Michelle, Mikey (Sandie), Iwa (Joe), Hannah (Jocey), Duke (Dionne), Rae Nae (Zane), Clarice, Clanko, Derek (Theresa), Tasha, Dallas, Taylor; great-grandchildren, Porsche, Corvette, Keegan, Blaine, Blake, Chantelle, Lowen, Jadelynn, Precious, Teresa, Preston, Tisha-Ann, Kiana, Malik, Rafaela, Hannah, Nicky, Alexis, Brooke; great-great-grandchildren, Justice, Auriyah, Terah, Tayli, Tyrus, Sage, Cherish, Chazen, Zaysha, Jahzaiden, Kenzie, Royce, Lily.
A visitation will be held from 6:00-9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 11, 2016, at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary; wake service will begin at 7:00 p.m.
A second visitation will be held from 9:00-10:00 a.m. Thursday, May 12, 2016, again at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary; service will begin at 10:00 a.m. with burial to follow at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park at 12 noon. Flowers are welcome. Aloha attire is requested
