His parents were Serafin Rabara and Tomasina Rabara
He was the 2nd child of 5 children
Schools attended:San Pedro Elementary,Rosales Municipal High School
University of The Philippines – Bachelor of Science Foreign Service
After graduating from the University of The Philippines, he started his career with Procter and Gamble as a salesperson and finished his career as an Account Manager for the Pacific Southwest Region with Procter and Gamble (40+ distinguished years). In his retirement, Homero was deeply involved with the progression of the Filipino Empowerment, St. Jude Catholic Church and Community Services. He was an active member of St. Jude Catholic Church in Makakilo, HI.
He lived in the following cities:Quezon City, Philippines,Southfield, Michigan,West Bloomfield, Michigan,Kapolei, Hawaii
He was married to Concepcion Cancino on 18-October 1961 at Quezon City, Philippines. Special people and/or friends who may have influenced their lives in a special way:Grand Kids – Matthew, Zenden, Noah, Jaeden and Riley; Children – Augustus (“Ogie) and Maria (“Missy”)
