James Cabuga Saoit's Obituary
James Cabuga Saoit, age 65, passed away at the Queens Medical Center in Honolulu, Oahu on June 18, 2015. He was born on November 5, 1949 in Honolulu, Hawaii to Oligario Saoit and Florentina C. Saoit.
He was an Air Freight Deliveryman for Express Trucking.
James attended Farrington High School. After serving 23 years at Express Trucking, he retired in 2000. He lived in Kalihi then moved to Waipahu, Hawaii until his passing. He was married to his wife Leonida Tagaban on August 11, 1982 in the Philippines.
The eventful things for James was his graduation from Farrington High School, his marriage, the birth of Chris and James, Chris and Anna Marie’s wedding and his very first visit to the Philippine. His favorite things he enjoyed doing was driving around with family and watching tv.
James is survived by his wife, Leonida Saoit; sons, Christopher (Anna Marie N.) Saoit, James Saoit Jr.; adopted sister, Sandra Torres; ½ brother and 1 adopted sister
Wake Service will be held on Friday, July 31, 2015 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary.
Visitation: 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. with Service at 7:00 p.m.
Additional visitation, Saturday, August 1, 2015 at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Kalihi
Visitation: 9:30 – 10:30 a.m., with burial to follow at 12:00 p.m. at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park.
Interment Location: Ocean View Terrace Ekahi, Lot 8105, D-1
