Kalameli Tagataese “Sita” Maugaotega, 55, of Waianae died in the Queen’s Medical Center. She was born in Apia, Samoa. She is survived by husband Tagataese; sons Thomas, Valentino and Akukusotino; daughter Falanika Joseph; mother Leuta Laumatia; brothers Lafaele, Laumatia F., Lui, Sefo M.I. and Tovio Laumatia; sisters Meleseke Nightingale, Lusia Leofili, Usitina and Lomaga Laumatia, Ana Ah Ching, Lagi Palasi and Sisifo Masi; and eight grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. May 10 at St. Joseph Church, Waipahu. Mass at noon. Burial: 2:30 p.m. at Valley of the Temples
Interment Location: Chapel Hill #2, Lot 164, B-1.
