Laraine Avery's Obituary
Laraine Avery, 84, passed away on March 20, 2026, in Mililani, Hawaii. She was born on May 5, 1941 in Lanai City, Hawaii. She retired as a Supervising Mess Hall Attendant at the Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station (NCTAMS) Pacific military base in Wahiawa, Hawaii.
Laraine is survived by her Husband: William Avery; Son: Darrell Avery; Daughters: Debora (Jonathan) Morano, Patricia Perryman, Sherrie (Anthony) Balasbas; Seven Grandchildren; Eleven Great-Grandchildren; Sister: Anita (Dennis) Fuertes. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sergio and Leonidas Saranillio, and her brother Jerry (Verna) Saranillio.
Family was everything to Laraine. She will be remembered for the deep love she held for her family, her strength, generosity, gentle spirit, warm smile, and kindness toward everyone she met.
Visitation: Valley of the Temples Main Chapel on Sunday, April 26, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. Memorial Service at 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Burial: Valley of the Temples Memorial Park at 2:00 p.m.
