Dr. Louis Copman died peacefully in his sleep on Monday, August 25, 2025, at Aloha Nursing and Rehab Center in Kaneohe, Hawaii. His beloved wife of 67 years, Avera, was at his side listening to “Fly Me to the Moon” by Frank Sinatr Read Obituary
So sorry to hear of his passing. We worked together at the Makalapa Clinic while stationed at Pearl Harbor. he was a true friend and mentor. He always stood up for the Rad Techs working with him. He taught me a ton about Radiology. He was a great example of loyalty to his coworkers and professionalism. RIP, Captain Copman.
