Marina C Mateo's Obituary
Marina C. Mateo, 93 of Honolulu, Hawaii has passed away at Kuakini Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii on Tuesday, August 8, 2017. She was born to Susana Tolentino and Mateo Calaoagan in Makaweli, Kaua'i on May 11, 1924. She retired as a Hotel Housekeeper.
She is survived by her daughter, Constancia (Anthony) Juan, Leila Mateo, Emylyn Mateo, and Divina (Mario) Pasion; sister, Lydia Dela Cruz; along with seventeen grandchildren, thirty-two great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral services for Marina will be on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. Visitation 5:30 p.m. with service to follow at 6:30 p.m. Additional services will be on Thursday, September 7, 2017 at Cathedral Basilica of Our Lady of Peace. Visitation will be at 10:00 a.m. with eulogy to follow at 11:00 a.m. Mass to begin at 12:00 p.m. with burial to commence at 1:30 p.m. at Valley of the Temples.
