Marlene Facuri's Obituary
Celebrating the Life of Marlene Gachola Facuri, born on November 11, 1933 in Kapaa, Kauai, Hawaii, where she lived until her 9th year. Her parents were Theodore Valdez and Purificacion Gachola; she was the youngest of five children. She attended Aiea Intermediate School, Kawananakoa Intermediate School and Farrington High School. She was a Homemaker. She married Segundo Chad Facuri on October 30, 1965 at Our Lady of the Mount Catholic Church, where she was also a member. They lived in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Her most important events in her life were spending all her time with her husband; they enjoyed every moments of their life together. She loved to go shopping, loved dogs, and she loved all her siblings and grandchildren. Her favorite song was "A Part of Me, A Part of You."
She is survived by husband, Segundo “Doi” Chad Facuri; sons, Gary (Jenny) Quiseng, Lloyd (Linda) Quiseng, Derrick (Michelle) Lee and Francis (Judy) Facuri; daughters, Sharon (Ronald) Antone and Debra (Frank) Tabladillo; 15 grandchildren, Michael Quiseng, Shanna Perkins, Spence Perkins, Jessica (Paul) Peralta, Curtis Quiseng, Sheena Lee Hargraves, Sharday Lee, Shellylin Tabladillo, Bradley Tabladillo, Angelo Tabladillo, Jolene (Alan) Yee, Derchelle (Mike) Lee, Malina (Adam) Swain, Hailey Facuri and Chloe Facuri; and 13 great-grandchildren, Derrick Isaac Roura Puaatuua, Salina Rowena Roura Puaatuua, Elora Roura Puaatuua, Alan Koa Yee, Cole Yee, Christian Swain, Makana Perkins, Kelii Perkins, Tyler Peralta, Dylan Peralta, Malia Peralta, Jacob Peralta and Kaylee Quiseng.
Visitation to her evening funeral service will be from held 5:30-9:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at Our Lady of the Mount Catholic Church; Mass to begin at 6:30 p.m. Burial service will be 11:30 a.m., Thursday, November 13, 2014 at Valley of The Temples Memorial Park
