Maureen M.W. Bell's Obituary
55, Maureen M.W. Bell, of Waipahu, passed away on Friday, July 13, 2018. She was born in beautiful Honolulu, Hawaii on October 01, 1962 to her loving parents Wayne Akui Sr. and Merle Akui (Kapule). Maureen is the 4th oldest of her 7 other siblings. She grew up in Waianae and graduated from Waianae High School, home of The Seariders. She later married her wonderful, loving husband Raymond Bell Sr. at Iolani Palace. Maureen was a member of The Apostolic Faith Church of Honolulu, Hawaii. She was a very loving, outspoken and head strong woman. She always exuded happiness, which showed through her rambunctious, funny and loud personality. She was just such great company to have around, as there was never a dull moment. Maureen enjoyed playing volleyball as well as listening to Oldies and Hawaiian music. The most important thing to her was the birth of her children and grandchildren; she would do absolutely anything for them. She is survived by her wonderful children: Raymond Bell Jr., Gileslynn Bell, Kiku Bell and Twins: Sami Soni Latukefu and Raynelle Bell. Maureen is also survived by her siblings: Oceana Falaniko, Anna Taipaleti, Waynette Kuewa, Holiday Suenaga, and Wayne Akui Jr. Predeceased loved ones are her husband Raymond Bell Sr., her children Solomon Bell and Twins: Milton and William Bell, and her siblings Vanessa and Giles Akui. Burial for Maureen will be held on Monday, September 17, 2018 at 11:00 am at Green Haven Memorial Park.
