Micolas Pascua Olipares' Obituary
Micolas Pascua Olipares, 90, of Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2015. He was born in North Kohala, Hawaii on September 23, 1924 to Francisco Olipares and Cesaria Pascua. He was a retired foreman with Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, Strap Yard.
He is survived by son, Hubert Olipares; daughters, Violet O. Dela Cruz, Harlean O. (Alan) Ogawa; brother, Juan P. Olipares; sisters, Monica O. Tabua, Martina O. Dechoso, Hilaria O. Aggabao and three grandchildren, Alecs Olipares, Tori Ann Ogawa, and Micolas Ogawa.
Visitation: 5:30 – 9:00 p.m., Thursday, August 20, 2015 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary; service to begin at 6:30 p.m. Additional visitation to be held on Friday, August 21, 2015 at St. John the Baptist Church, from 9:00- 10:15 a.m.; Mass to begin at 10:30 a.m., with burial to follow 12:00 p.m. at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park.
