Milagros Baruela's Obituary
Celebrating the Life of Milagros Blue Baruela, 58, of Waipahu, Hawaii; who was born on September 5, 1956 in Malapaao, Langiden, Abra, Philippines, where she lived until July 1996. Her parents were Pedro Blue and Donata Tagurda. She was the fourth of five children. She attended Malapaao Elementary and Langiden Middle Schools. After graduation, she began a career as a farmer and homemaker.
She lived in Waipahu, Hawaii and was married to Tomas Galera Baruela. Milagros believed and loved our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
She was a loving, devoted, patient, vibrant and understanding woman. She loved cooking, caring for her grandchildren, was a devoted wife and patient mother.
She is survived by husband, Tomas Galera Baruela; children, Jimmy (Mini) Baruela, Luzviminda (Aletomio) Guzman, Flordeliza (Louiecito) Madriaga, Sonny (Heidi) Baruela, Jean (Gerald) Agrade, Elvira (Charles) Haislip, Frederic (Genevie) Baruela, Arnel (Charmaine) Baruela, Rodelia (Raymond) Agliam; parents, Pedro and Donata Blue; siblings, Dominador (Erlinda) Blue, Andrea (Apolinario) Belisario, Amelia Ruedo; grandchildren, Hazel Joy Madriaga, Honey Jane Madriaga, Adrian Tyler Baruela, April Kate Baldoria, RJ Jonson Baruela, Anjelica Faye Baruela, Heaven Jell Madriaga, Ghelord Jhay Agrade, Earl Lawrence Baruela, Aleth Karl Guzman, Christian Jay Baruela, Ghirlee Joyce Agrade, Jhayvie Savedra, Ariana Kylee Guzman, Heart Jaian Madriaga, Riley Jezral Agliam, Ghericka Gie Baruela and Shandie Jae Baruela.
Visitation to her evening wake service will be held from 5:30-9:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary; service to begin at 6:30 p.m.; Additional visitation for her funeral service will be held from 9:00-10:00 a.m., Thursday, February 12, 2015 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church-Kalihi; Mass to begin at 10:30 a.m., with burial to follow 12:00 p.m. at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park.
