Milagros Bala Tugaoen of Honolulu, Hawaii passed away on August 21, 2015 at the age of 69. She was born on February 2, 1946.
Funeral services will be on Saturday, September 19, 2015, 11:00m at Co-Cathedral of St. Theresa Church, followed by interment service, 1:30 pm at the Valley of the Temples Memorial Park.
