Moises Melecio Talpe Fabia's Obituary
Moises Melecio Talpe Fabia, 72, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, friend and entrepreneur, passed away October 2, 2018. He was born February 11, 1946 in Urdaneta, Pangasinan, Philippines to parents Silverio Fabia and Fortunata Talpe Fabia. He retired as a bus driver and Opala truck driver from Kamehameha Schools Kapalama Campus after 42 years of service, and was the owner of Moises Landscaping and Yard Service. He was predeceased by his daughter Annabelle Yamada, sisters, Margarita Tomeldin and Amelia Locquiao, and brother Guillermo Fabia.
Moises is survived by loving wife, Ninfa Fabia; sons, Moises Fabia, Jr. and Carl (Shangrila) Fabia; grandchildren, Kelsey Yamada and Robert “Bong” Yamada, Jr.; brother, Marcelino Fabia; sister, Benjamina Morales.
Wake services will be held on Sunday, November 4, 2018, at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. Visitation will be from 5:30-9:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service beginning at 6:30 p.m.
Additional services will be held on Monday, November 5, 2018, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Waipahu (94-675 Farrington Highway). Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow at 12:30 p.m. at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park.
