Phyllis Frances Lonokapu's Obituary
Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary at Valley of the Temples is saddened to announce the passing of the late, Phyllis Frances Lonokapu.
Phyllis Frances Lonokapu, 88, of Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away on February 4, 2026 in Honolulu. She was born in Hilo, Hawaii, on August 11, 1937. She worked for the State Government with the Department of Education to which she retired as a School Teacher from Waimanalo Elementary School.
Phyllis is survived by her Daughter: Dori Lonokapu-Sablan; One granddaughter and Two step-grandsons.
Family and friends are welcome to join the family in honoring Phyllis on Thursday March 19, 2026 at Valley of the Temples Mortuary. Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Service will begin at 11 a.m. with a burial to follow at 2 p.m. at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park.
