Quirino Valencia Baclig, 78, of Waipahu, Hawaii, passed away on Friday, April 24, 2020. He was born on October 11, 1941 in Aragan, Cabugao, Ilocos Sur in the Philippines.
He is survived by his two daughters, Arlene Sebastian and Grace Baclig; five sons, Marlon, Eric, Armand, Gene, and Jr; 14 grandchildren; and sister, Buena Savellano.
