To the family of the lady I only know as Audra's Grammy, I know you are in a much better place. I am certain you had much to do with the sweet, faithful, young woman who is my friend and co worker, Audra. She has impeccable integrity and I know you had something to do with that. She told me how you made her prom dresses and took care of her son when he was small. I am thankful for you, sorry I didn't get to meet you, but your legacy lives on in Audra, Tia, and the other sisters. My heart goes out to the entire family. May the love of friends and family sustain you in this time of sorrow.
Fondest Aloha,
Sharon Martin
With Love I remember the last time Aunty Rae was able to come to my home here in Garden Grove Ca. for my Grandma Dolly's birthday - So much Love, Laughter, Singing & Eating...the next morning we carried on the festivities here before everyone traveled back home & I'll never forget what Aunty said when she 1st seen me walk out in my lava-lava, "That's Hawaiiana right there, Beautiful..." My Heart Smiled, that was one of the Biggest Complements I've ever had from a Woman that I Admire So Much!
I speak for both my Husband & I, we feel so Privileged to be able to partake in the Tribute to this Amazing Woman's Journey to Heaven…God Bless until we meet again Aunty Rae "Ke Akua pu a hui hou".....
With Respect & Aloha,
Great-niece Tina, Mario, Crystal, Kaliyah & Anthony!
Dear Cousins,
My deepest condolences for your loss of Auntie Rae! I regret that I won't be able to attend the service and funeral of my godmother, but hopefully one or more of my siblings living in Hawaii will be there to represent the B.K. Villaverde family.
May God comfort you all during this difficult time!
With love and respect,
Andrea Villaverde Berezoski
Gramma was the one who took me to church on Sundays. That's how I got to know God and I will forever be grateful for that! She was like a "real" gramma to me! A few years ago, when she moved to the mainland, she sent me a letter because I had sent her a christmas card of me and my family. I was so touched to receive that letter. You are another angel in heaven! Love you Gramma!
