Rosa L. Manipon, 84 years old, passed away on February 24, 2015; She was born May 20, 1930. Her funeral service will take place on Monday, March 30, 2015, 8:30 am at Mililani Downtown Mortuary, followed by the nterment service 2:00 pm at the Valley of the Temples Memorial Park.
