Ruben Mateo Lazo, 76, passed away on Saturday, January 17, 2026. Ruben was born on March 23, 1949 in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines to Asuncion and Catalino Lazo Sr.
Ruben is survived by his wife, Leonida, and his 4 children: Jerome (Noralyn) Lazo, Elviro (Irene) Lazo, John Kenneth (Faye) Lazo, and Hidelisa Lazo, as well as 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved father, who went home to be with the Lord after battling cancer. We find peace knowing he is now free from pain and resting in God's loving arms. He will forever live in our hearts.
