He is survived by wife, Naty Ballesteros; son, Nelson Ballesteros; daughters, Sonia Mejes and Rosalie Nacionales; brothers, Eleuterio and Arsenio Ballesteros; sisters, Magdalena Pascua, Priscilla Ballesteros and Florida Leones; 3 grandchildren
Visitation: 5:30-6:30p.m., Monday June 24, 2013 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary; service: 6:30p.m.; additional visitation: 10:00-11:00a.m., Tuesday June 25, 2013 at Co-Cathedral of St. Theresa; Mass: 11:00a.m.; burial: 2:00p.m. at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park
