Santiago Ngayan Samoy's Obituary
Santiago Ngayan Samoy, 74, of Waipahu, Hawai’i passed away January 24, 2019 in Waipahu. He was born July 26, 1944 in Solsona, Ilocos Norte, Philippines to the late Felix and Leonarda (Ngayan) Samoy. Santiago was a landscaper for many years. He is survived by his loving wife Glory Samoy, 10 children: Rizalyn (Loreto) Calabitin, Zeny (Vlahdimir) Montenegro, Santiago (Gemma) Samoy Jr., Rosemarie (Hector) Samoy, Evangeline (Marcos) Samoy, Ailyn (Nester) Samoy, Joemer (September Lee) Samoy, Belardo (Karen) Samoy, Marciel (Brenainn) Tsuda, and Crisanta Samoy, 20 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. He is predeceased by his parents and one daughter Maria Corazon Samoy. He will be dearly missed.
A celebration of life for Santiago Samoy will be held at Valley of the Temples Trousdale Chapel. Visitation will be Friday March 1, 2019 at 5:30 pm with service to follow at 6:00 pm. Secondary visitation will be Saturday March 2, 2019 at 9:00 am, service at 9:30 am, with burial to follow at 10:00 am. Fellowship will continue after services from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm on the Trousdale Chapel Lanai.
