Services for Sulam will be held at Nuuanu Chapel, 2233 Nuuanu Avenue, Honolulu, Hawaii 96817, on Monday, August 7, 2017 starting at 9:30 am. Burial to follow at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park, 47-200 Kahekili Hwy, Kaneohe, Hawaii 96744 at 12:30 pm.
