Thelma "Derna" Gartrell Chock passed away on April 20, 2015 at the age of 94. She was born on March 31, 1921. The Funeral Service will take place at Hawaiian Memorial Park in Kaneohe on Tuesday May 26, 2015 at 9:00 am; followed by interment service at 1:00 pm at the Valley of the Temples Memorial Park.
