Valentin Bartolome Ventura, 65, of Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away on Saturday, August 15, 2015. He was born in Brgy. #12, V. Lagasca Street, Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, Philippines to Dominador Ventura and Marina Bartolome. He was a retired teacher at August Ahrens Elementary School.
He is survived by wife, Elena Grace Guira Ventura; sons, Conie (Raynette) Obrero, Jonell (Kristin) Ventura, and Val (Sheryl) Ventura Jr.; brothers, Pablo (Suzima) Ventura and Benito (Evangeline) Ventura; sisters, Virginia Ventura, Concepcion (Kelly) Domingo, and Mayrose (Rogelio) Cariaga; six grandchildren, Kayla Obrero, Colton Obrero, Addison Obrero, Brodie Ventura, Xander Ventura, and Xavier Arnell.
Visitation: 5:30 – 9:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary; service to begin at 6:30 p.m. Additional visitation to be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary from 10:30- 11:30 a.m.; service to begin at 11:30 a.m., with burial to follow 2:00 p.m. at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park.
