Virginia B. Racpan passed away on July 22, 2015 at the age of 77. She was born on January 5, 1938.
Funeral services will be on Saturday, August 29, 2015, 11:30 am at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary, followed by interment, 12:30 pm at the Valley of the Temples Memorial Park.
