“This past Friday we had our memorial service for my grandmother. I helped my aunty with situating everything for the service and working with the staff to make this possible. Cheyne, Jason, John and especially the people who were there on the day of the service (i unfortunately didn’t get their names) to help us run the service were all absolutely amazing and made the process so easy! We needed to make a lot of edits for the programs and tribute video, but Jason and John were really accommodating and helpful and making sure everything was perfect without any complaints. Cheyne answered all of our questions promptly and thoroughly. She was even able to add on last minute things for us to ensure we had enough for all the guests. My Aunty and I couldn’t have been more grateful for all the wonderful staff that made the memorial service for my Grandmother possible. They made the process so easy and smooth, which is exactly what we needed in our time of grief. The service came out so beautiful and memorable. Thank you Cheyne and everyone else who made this day possible. We’re so incredibly grateful for your support and services!”

From the moment we met her, Charise was warm, compassionate, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to listen to our concerns, answered our questions with patience, and made sure everything was resolved quickly and professionally. Her kindness, positive attitude, and willingness to help turned what had been a frustrating experience into a positive one. We especially appreciated that she was able to meet us at the Diamond Head office, which was much more convenient since we live in Kaimuki. Mahalo Charise, for going above and beyond. “Today was such positive and happy experience with Tatiana I called her with maintenance needs on my parents and infant sons gravesite and she personally went to eternal love and cleaned around the headstones of mom and dad and my infant son herself sent me pictures when she was done and left a heartfelt voicemail for me . Her kindness was beyond I know her actual job would highly recommend reaching out to her for any service needed for your loved ones mahalo nui loa Tatiana for your kindness and aloha towards my ohana”

“Last Friday we laid my dad to rest at VOT. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and caring. Much mahalo to Loke, Chey, Wyatt and David. The team communicated, executed, and assisted our family in making this experience less painful than it needed to be. We are so grateful to lay dad to rest in such a beautiful place.
